GENERAL TERMS

> It is stipulated that HILL International is commissioned exclusively with the recruitment for the mentioned position. The client undertakes to not involve a third party for carrying out of candidates search. All candidates addressing to the client directly, are included in process of selection in accordance with the usual procedure

> If the client delays candidates’ presentation for more than 2 weeks after submission of the short list, or gives no clear feedback to candidates within 2 weeks after presentation, resulting in prospective candidates’ becoming unavailable in the meantime, an additional third of the fee will be invoiced for the necessary additional search procedure.

> If the client wishes a presentation of candidates outside the applicants’ home country for which flight and/or hotel reservations are necessary, it is agreed that these will be organized by the client. If the client assigns the organization of a candidate presentation in a third country to HILL International, a processing fee of up to 10% of organizational and traveling expenses’ sum will be invoiced additionally.

> Terms of cancellation: If the client rejects from the services ahead of schedule of the agreement, the following terms apply for cancellation fees: Amounts already invoiced have to be paid in any case. 50% of the fee, due for the moment of a contract’s cancellation, will be invoiced as a cancellation fee.

> If a candidate presented by HILL is hired within 12 months either directly by the client company, by any affiliates, or as a freelancer, HILL is entitled to receive the agreed fee. If more than one of the presented candidates are hired, an additional 75% of the total fee will be invoiced for every employed candidate beyond the first one.

> The client’s company will be off-limits from any search by HILL for the period of two years from the completion of last recruitment contract.
